NURTURE

Women’s Retreat

November 13-15, 2026 | Sonoma, CA

Restore • Regenerate • Reweave

5Rhythms® dance, art making, nourishing meals, nature, rest, connection — welcome to your dream women’s retreat.

November 14, Friday, 4pm - November 16, Sunday 3pm

Group of people kneeling on the ground in a circle, with their hands touching dirt or soil, possibly planting or working on something together outside on a forest floor covered with leaves and twigs.

Women have carried so much for so long.

We provide, hold, manage, and keep life moving. Often at the cost of our own vitality. Many of us lose touch with the instinctual rhythms of the body and the deeper feminine intelligence that pulsates beneath all the doing.

We belong to something older, wilder, more creative, more generative.

The medicine of women gathering intentionally can wake us up into another way of being. We are meant to dance, to create, to laugh, to shape and reshape what needs changing, and so much more.

In this retreat, we’ll spend 2.5 days being nurtured at a charming woodsy ranch, with immersive dance journeys, art making, ritual, and heartfelt companionship woven throughout: share delicious meals prepared by artistic chefs, rest in cozy cottages, soak in the hot tub beneath the moon and stars, wander the magical labyrinth and gardens.

You don’t need to be a dancer, an artist, or anything but willing to receive for a change.

Return to the village with us.

Meet Your Guides

Qibei and Jen

Two women sitting on the ground outdoors in front of a large rock formation, smiling at the camera. One woman has long black hair and the other has long brown hair. They are dressed casually with the woman on the left wearing a white skirt and the woman on the right in black clothing.

Qibei and Jen share over a decade of friendship, bonded through their love for embodiment practices and healing arts, and a devotion to creating powerful spaces for women to gather.

Born in Berkeley, Forces Of Nature Women’s Circle has become a womb-like space for many women to reconnect with their sensual bodies, innate aliveness, and untamed nature that is both wild and wise. Through movement, art, ritual, and authentic connection, the circles invite deep remembering, awakening, and a sisterhood that continues beyond the day itself.

NURTURE is their first residential retreat, bringing the circle into a more expansive and immersive form.

Qibei is a holistic healer, associate somatic psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher, 5Rhythms® teacher, and Circling® facilitator whose work bridges the clinical and the sacred, the grounded intelligence of the body and the mystery of Spirit moving through human life.

Qibei believes that women gathering in authentic presence, with full permission to be complex, unfinished, and wildly alive, is one of the most transformative gifts we are innately capable of offering to ourselves. Drawing on over 20 years of practice across ancient wisdom lineages and modern psychology, she weaves together dynamic dance movement meditation, somatic inquiry, ritual, and deep relational practice to facilitate a space that is both held and emergent, rooted and freeing.

Jen is a multidisciplinary artist and healing arts practitioner. Her work is deeply informed by the natural world, embodied experience, and ancestral narratives. Through her work, she creates pathways for reflection, connection, and expanded ways of seeing, offering an invitation to engage with the intuitive and often unseen dimensions of human experience.

Jen’s creative approach is rooted in the extensive study of holistic and intuitive practices, including an apprenticeship in shamanic healing and certifications in Expressive Arts Facilitation, Reiki, Life Coaching, Herbalism, and Aromatherapy. These diverse disciplines inform her belief in the transformative potential of creativity and in the role of the arts as a catalyst for personal and collective well-being.

It's hard to put into words how to describe the experience Jen and Qibei create when together. They have a synchronicity, a love, a playful and true friendship rooted in deep trust, from that place they create containers for such magic, play, fun, connection and introspection. Through dance and art, imagination, safety and love welcome all who enter what they offer.

I was looking for medicine in the circles, and I found it everywhere: the beautiful space, the gentle leaders, the music that beckoned me to literally move through all my feelings, the collage, poetry and rest, and the deep presence of the women who shared the journey together. It was all kinds of magic.
